Administer medications safely following care plans and medication administration protocols, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation. Maintain a clean, safe environment through regular cleaning routines and ensuring adherence to infection control standards. Implement patient monitoring strategies to ensure safety during activities. Follow resident's rights policies diligently while delivering respectful, person-centered care that promotes dignity and independence. Experience Candidates should possess prior experience working in group homes, assisted living facilities, or home health environments. Experience working with individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders such as intellectual disabilities is highly valued. Familiarity with knowledge of patient observation techniques. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in medication administration, CPR/First Aid certification, and understanding of HIPAA compliance.
