Family Select Home Care is seeking compassionate, reliable, and experienced In-Home Caregivers and Companions to support families and individuals in Montgomery County, MD. Our premium platform matches top-tier caregiving talent with private clients who need dedicated, one-on-one assistance. We support a diverse range of local households, including seniors requiring daily companion care, as well as new mothers adjusting to life with a newborn who need non-medical household and personal support.

What We Look For:

MUST carry, or be willing to obtain, your own Individual Professional Liability Insurance policy. (We can guide you on how to set this up quickly online for around $13/month). Experience in elder care, family companionship, childcare and or postpartum/newborn family support. A warm, empathetic personality and strong communication skills. Reliability, integrity, and absolute discretion inside private homes. Reliable transportation to client homes in Montgomery County, MD.

Daily Activities May Include:

Providing friendly companionship, emotional support, and a helping hand. Assisting with light meal preparation, healthy snack prep, and grocery shopping. Handling light housekeeping and maintaining a tidy home environment. Assisting busy households or new parents with daily organizing and running local errands.

Schedule & Pay:

Flexible schedules (Day, evening, and weekend hours available).

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour. Base rate starts at $25.00/hour, with higher starting pay scales scaling upward based on verified caregiving experience, specialized skills, or postpartum/newborn credentials. All applicants are subject to a standard background and reference check process prior to client matching.
