Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and energetic In-Home Care Providers to join our team. In this part-time role, you will deliver comprehensive personal care and assistance to clients in their homes, promoting independence and well-being. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help improve the lives of those you serve while fostering a safe, supportive environment. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patients' health status by observing for any changes or concerns Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding as necessary Support clients with medication reminders following care plans and HIPAA privacy regulations Utilize patient transfer methods such as Hoyer lifts or manual handling techniques to ensure safe mobility Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, patient observations, and any incidents in compliance with healthcare standards Provide transportation assistance for appointments, errands, or community outings as assigned. Skills Experience working with the senior population Knowledge of dementia, Alzheimer's, memory care, and hospice care best practices Proficiency in patient monitoring, and first aid/CPR certification Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and assist with manual handling tasks involving clients or equipment Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and coordination with our homecare team Familiarity with home health procedures, care plans, HIPAA compliance, and client personal care assistance Prior experience in assisted living or nursing home environments is a plus, but not required Join us to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need it most! Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
