We are seeking a compassionate and dependable CMT to provide personalized care and support for up to five residents in a small, home-style assisted living facility. As a key member of our team, the caregiver will help residents with daily living activities, promote independence and dignity, and contribute to a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others and enjoy working in a close-knit, community-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Resident Care:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (including bathing, dressing, and medication reminders). Monitor residents' health and report any changes or concerns to the House Manager or healthcare provider. Take vital signs, such as blood pressure, heart rate and pulse. Administer medicine Assist families and visitors as needed. Provide daily reports to designated staff at the end of shift. Accompany residents to scheduled outings. Offer companionship, emotional support, and encouragement to residents.

Household Duties:

Assist with light housekeeping, including laundry, tidying resident rooms, and common areas. Help with meal preparation and serve meals/snacks according to dietary needs. Maintain a clean, safe, and home-like environment.

Communication/Documentation/Administrative Duties:

Record care provided and observations in resident logs. Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and other staff. Follow all policies and procedures regarding resident safety, privacy, and dignity. Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of all resident information.

Requirements and qualifications:

Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or home care. Experience with dementia, Alzheimer's (including agitation, sun downing and memory loss) Experience with ambulatory and non ambulatory residents Able to safely lift and reposition residents (safety transfer training preferred) Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor. High school diploma Valid driver's license (preferred) Med Tech, CPR, and First Aid certification Ability to pass background check and health screening. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to maintain a clean and sanitary environment Ability to greet visitors in a pleasant manner/maintain an orderly environment

Compensation and Benefits:
