Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patients' health by taking vital signs and observing changes in condition Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary Support medication administration following care plans and HIPAA privacy regulations Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning and sanitation of living spaces Use specialized equipment such as Hoyer lifts or resident's to ensure safe transfers and mobility assistance Document patient observations, care provided, and any incidents accurately to ensure seamless communication within the care team Prior experience in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes is preferred Knowledge of patient monitoring techniques, CPR, First Aid, and HIPAA compliance is essential Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, Alzheimer's disease, or dementia is highly desirable Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate mobility aids like Hoyer lifts or resident lifts Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and families Valid certifications in CPR and First Aid; additional certifications in hospice care or memory care are a plus Compassionate attitude with a commitment to providing respectful, person-centered care Farsi/Persian language skill very preffered but not required Join us to empower individuals through dedicated caregiving that fosters independence while ensuring safety and well-being.
