We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers / Personal Care Aides to provide personal care, companionship, and daily living assistance. If you enjoy helping others and are looking for a rewarding long-term opportunity, we would love to hear from you. ✅ Responsibilities ✔ Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, toileting, and grooming. ✔ Assist clients with safe mobility, wheelchair assistance, transfers, and other daily activities based on individual care needs. ✔ Prepare simple meals, assist with feeding when needed, and encourage proper hydration. ✔ Provide companionship, emotional support, and meaningful conversation while promoting a safe and positive home environment. ✔ Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, organizing living areas, and maintaining a clean home. ✔ Follow each client's care plan and report any changes in the client's condition to the office promptly. ✔ Maintain professional communication with clients, family members, and the agency. ✅ Qualifications ✔ Current CPR and First Aid Certification is required. ✔ Must be able to pass a criminal background check. ✔ Previous caregiving, Personal Care Aide, Home Care Aide, or related home care experience is preferred. ✔ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. ✔ Ability to communicate effectively in English is required. ✔ Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred, but not required. ✔ Must be compassionate, dependable, punctual, professional, and respectful. ✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ✔ Reliable transportation is preferred. ✅ Schedule ✔ Part-time ✔ Approximately 33-35 hours per week, depending on client needs. ✔ Flexible schedule based on client needs. ✔ Additional hours may become available as our client base continues to grow. ✅ What We Offer ✔ Competitive hourly pay ($19.00-$21.00 per hour) ✔ Flexible scheduling ✔ Supportive and respectful work environment ✔ Long-term career opportunities ✔ Opportunities for additional hours as our client base continues to grow ✔ Meaningful work helping seniors and adults remain safe and independent in their own homes ✔ Join a caring and professional team committed to providing high-quality home care services.
