Right at Home in Howard County is looking for experienced Caregivers, CNAs, GNAs, PCAs, and CMTs to join our team!

Pay:

$18-$35 per hour Part-Time | 20+ hours per week Weekday and weekend availability needed One-on-one care in clients' homes We believe great caregivers deserve great support. What You'll Do As an in-home caregiver, you may assist clients with: Personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Transfers and mobility assistance Meal preparation Medication reminders Light housekeeping and laundry Transportation to appointments and errands Companionship and conversation Safety supervision Supporting clients with their daily routines and activities Every client is different, and you'll have access to Care Plans and Nursing Assessments through our mobile app , along with your work schedule and other important information. What We're Looking For We're looking for caregivers who are: Compassionate and genuinely enjoy helping seniors Dependable and responsible Comfortable providing hands-on personal care Professional and respectful with clients and their families Good communicators Able to work independently while being part of a supportive team Committed to providing safe, quality care A minimum of 6 months of hands-on personal care experience is required. Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable vehicle and current auto insurance Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Availability to work 20+ hours per week Availability for some weekends Previous hands-on caregiving experience Why Right at Home?
