Schedule:

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays | 1:30 PM - 4:30 PM (flexible with times) Strong potential for additional hours as the client's needs grow, based on caregiver reliability and consistency.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and compassionate Companion Caregiver/Home Organizer to assist a client in maintaining a clean, functional, and comfortable home environment. This role is not hands-on personal care, but rather focuses on household support and organization. The client has limited mobility following a stroke and requires assistance with daily household tasks and reorganizing living spaces to improve accessibility and safety. Responsibilities include: Laundry (washing, folding, putting away) Meal preparation and light cooking General home organization and decluttering Reorganizing shelves and household items for easy access Light housekeeping (vacuuming, kitchen cleaning, trash removal) Making the bed Taking trash bins out and bringing them back in Maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly living space

Ideal Candidate:

Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable with home organization and light housekeeping Patient, respectful, and compassionate Reliable and consistent with scheduling Able to take initiative and work independently Comfortable assisting with reaching and rearranging items on higher shelves

Qualifications:

Previous experience in housekeeping, organizing, or companion care preferred Must be dependable and trustworthy Ability to perform light physical tasks (lifting, reaching, bending); never required to lift more than 25 pounds Client has a small Yorkie, very sweet. Must be comfortable with Dogs.
