This vital role ensures the safety, comfort, and well-being of individuals during overnight hours, offering personalized care that promotes independence and dignity. The ideal candidate will bring energy, empathy, and a proactive attitude to create a warm, secure atmosphere for those in their care. This paid position is done weekly and offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors while working in a dynamic team environment. There are 7 residents. Six are assist care and some independence and one total care. All residents rest well during the night so you can do housekeeping. Responsibilities Put residents to bed at night. Monitor residents throughout the night to ensure safety and comfort, responding promptly to their needs or emergencies. Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), in the morning, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support. Light housekeeping and laundry in facility. Prepare breakfast.
