Compensation:

$1,500/month + live-in housing & utilities Rose Valley Senior Living is looking for a compassionate, dependable caregiver who is specifically interested in a true live-in position . This is more than having a place to sleep during your shift. You can make Rose Valley your home and live here 7 days a week , including your days off. Your Package Includes $1,500 monthly cash compensation Private live-in accommodations No rent Utilities included Wi-Fi & TV access Only 10-12 scheduled 24-hour shifts per month No commute on workdays A quiet, comfortable home environment You live here, but you do NOT work 24/7. When another caregiver is scheduled, you are completely off duty — even if you choose to stay home. You are free to leave, run errands, visit family and friends, or simply enjoy your personal time. What You'll Do Rose Valley is a small, five-bed assisted living home with a calm, family-style environment. During your scheduled shifts, you will: Assist residents with personal care Prepare meals for residents Assist with medications as permitted by certification Perform housekeeping Provide companionship and support Remain available for resident needs overnight

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Genuinely wants a live-in arrangement Is dependable, patient, and compassionate Is comfortable caring for seniors Can prepare meals Can pass required background screening Is Med Tech and CPR/First Aid certified or willing to become certified This opportunity may be especially attractive to someone who wants to eliminate rent and utility expenses while earning steady monthly income , is relocating to the area, or simply prefers the stability of a live-in caregiving position.
