Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live-In Caregiver to provide exceptional in-home care to residents who require assistance with activities of daily living. This vital role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals who need support with their health, safety, and well-being. As a Live-In Caregiver, you will work closely with residents to promote independence, comfort, and dignity within a safe and nurturing environment. This position is ideal for someone passionate about caregiving and committed to delivering personalized, respectful, and professional care. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive personal care assistance and light housekeeping. Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility. Monitor patient health through observation of vital signs and overall condition, promptly reporting any concerns . Implement patient transfer methods safely using equipment like Hoyer lifts or transfer belts while adhering to proper techniques Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations and home healthcare standards Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry Support clients during end-of-life or hospice care with compassion and respect for their wishes Prior experience working as a caregiver in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home healthcare settings is preferred, but not necessary. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, dementia (including Alzheimer's), or geriatrics enhances your ability to provide specialized care Previous live-in employment experience is beneficial; must be comfortable living on-site for extended periods. Pay:
$720.00 - $920.00 per week
