We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and dependable Caregiver to provide direct care and support to an individual in a home/community setting. The ideal candidate should be patient, responsible, attentive to safety, and committed to providing quality care.

Approximately 42 hours per week Responsibilities The Caregiver will: Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed. Provide personal care, hygiene, grooming, and dressing assistance. Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed. Provide medication reminders as permitted. Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation. Provide companionship and supervision. Assist with light housekeeping related to the individual's care. Support community activities and appointments as assigned. Observe and report changes in the individual's condition or behavior. Maintain accurate daily documentation. Follow the individual's care/service plan and agency policies. Maintain the individual's dignity, privacy, safety, and independence at all times.

Requirements Applicants must:

Have a current CPR and First Aid certification . Be dependable and able to consistently work the assigned schedule. Have good communication and interpersonal skills. Be compassionate, patient, respectful, and professional. Be able to follow written care instructions and complete required documentation. Successfully complete required background checks and employment screening. Caregiving, DSP, CNA, GNA, or home care experience is preferred.
