We pride ourselves on fostering a caring environment where both clients and caregivers thrive. Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic Part-Time and Full-Time Caregivers to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will provide exceptional in-home care, assisting clients with daily activities, personal care, medication reminders, and emotional support. Your dedication will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve, helping them maintain independence and dignity while remaining in the comfort of thier own home. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor client to ensure health stability Provide medication reminders accurately following prescribed schedules and protocols Support clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation needs as assigned Implement behavior management strategies for individuals with dementia or cognitive disabilities (we provided training on this subject) Follow safe patient lifting practices using equipment like Hoyer lifts or manual handling techniques Requirements Ability to pass background check Ability to provide proof of a current TB screening is required. Be 18 years of age or older Have current and valid drivers license Have you own reliable transportation Certification in CPR and First Aid required - We are happy to provide information on how to get this. Strong communication skills and compassionate demeanor necessary for client interaction Plus if you have: Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home & community care settings is highly preferred Knowledge of Alzheimer's care, memory care, dementia care, and geriatrics, a plus but note required Previous experience assisting with ADLs and performing safe patient lifting practices Additional certifications such as CNA, or CMT are a plus Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or cognitive impairments Join us to be part of a team committed to enriching lives through dedicated caregiving! $15.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 40.0 per week
