Lartey Wellness Group is seeking dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) Support Workers to provide community-based services to minor, adult, and senior clients. We are expanding our reach and looking for clinicians who are willing to work with both male and female clients and are open to being deployed to various service areas. This role focuses on supporting clients in developing daily living skills, emotional regulation, and community integration in accordance with individualized treatment goals. Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one PRP support services in community and home-based settings. Assist clients with skill development, coping strategies, and goal attainment. Support structure, routine, and positive behavioral engagement. Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with PRP standards. Communicate effectively with supervisors and treatment team members.

Qualifications Training Requirement:

Must be willing to complete all required training within one week of signing the offer letter.

Client Population:

Willingness to work with both male and female clients across all age groups. PRP certification or eligibility preferred. Experience working with behavioral health populations is a plus. Ability to work independently in community settings. Reliable transportation within your assigned counties. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Primarily Monday through Friday (4:00 PM to 8:00 PM) and Saturdays between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
