Weekend staff About the Position We are looking for a dependable caregiver to provide awake Weekend coverage days per week from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

NO OVERNIGHT

Our home provides assisted living care in a small residential setting with only five residents. This is not a skilled nursing facility, hospital, or high-acuity care environment. Most residents are independent and there are no bed-bound residents. The weekend shift is typically quiet and structured. The primary focus is resident safety, supervision, medication support, and assistance when needed. This position is a good fit for an experienced caregiver looking for consistent weekend coverage in a smaller and less physically demanding care environment. Responsibilities Monitor residents and help maintain their safety Provide bathroom assistance when needed Provide reassurance and redirection when appropriate Administer or assist with medications within CMT responsibilities Maintain a quiet, safe, and orderly environment Complete light resident-related tidying tasks Communicate relevant observations or concerns to incoming staff Qualifications Caregiving experience preferred Assisted living or home care experience preferred Current Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification required Current CPR certification required Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English Reliable and consistent attendance Professional and attentive approach to resident care Successful completion of required background screening and physical examination Legally authorized to work in the United States Schedule Weekend Shift!!!!

Shift hours are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Applicants must have reliable availability for their assigned schedule. Compensation $200 per shift. This position offers a predictable schedule in a small assisted living setting with consistent expectations and a limited resident census.
