We provide support to individuals in their homes, assisted living settings, and group homes. Our ideal candidates are dependable, professional, and committed to enhancing each client's comfort, safety, and independence.

Responsibilities Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene support Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) Monitor and report changes in clients' physical or emotional condition Provide medication reminders (no medication administration unless certified) Prepare simple, nutritious meals and follow dietary needs Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment Assist with mobility, including transferring and use of equipment (e.g., Hoyer lift) Offer companionship, emotional support, and engagement in meaningful activities Follow individualized care plans and coordinate with supervisors as needed G-tube feeding and care Requirements Must have CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain before start) Experience with home care, assisted living, or working with seniors or individuals with disabilities Ability to follow care plans and maintain client confidentiality (HIPAA compliant) Ability to lift, transfer, and support clients safely Experience with dementia, Alzheimer's, autism, or developmental disabilities is a plus Reliable transportation and punctuality are required Strong communication skills and a caring, patient, professional demeanor Why Join Us Supportive team environment Meaningful work that makes a real difference Clients who appreciate compassionate and dependable caregivers
