Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide attentive support for an female client in Rising Sun, MD. This vital role involves assisting with daily activities, standby assistance, companionship and assistance with errands. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 12pm to 5:30pm. Duties Assist the client with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor the client's health by observing vital signs and overall condition, ensuring safety at all times Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with feeding as necessary Maintain a clean and safe environment through light cleaning and organization of living spaces Provide companionship and emotional support to foster a positive environment Document care activities accurately, including patient observations, vital signs, and any incidents or changes in condition Experience Certification in CPR and First Aid required; additional certifications such as HIPAA training are advantageous Experience with patient monitoring, and developing or following care plans Strong observational skills for patient safety and well-being assessment Compassionate communication skills for engaging with clients and their families effectively Join us in providing heartfelt caregiving that truly makes a difference!
