Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Caregivers PRN to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide non-medical in-home support to seniors and adults who need assistance with daily living activities, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. As a valued member of our care team, you will build meaningful relationships with clients while providing personal care, companionship, household support, and safety supervision. Key Responsibilities Personal Care Assistance Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including: Personal hygiene Grooming Dressing Bathing and showering Oral and skin care Feeding assistance Ambulation and mobility support Transfers and positioning Incontinence care Household Support Prepare meals and assist with nutrition needs Perform light housekeeping duties Laundry and linen changes Grocery shopping and running errands Household organization and cleaning Client Support & Engagement Provide companionship and emotional support Accompany clients to medical appointments and community activities Provide medication reminders Assist with Alzheimer's and dementia care Promote client safety, comfort, and independence Encourage healthy routines and social engagement Documentation & Communication Maintain accurate records of services provided Report changes in client condition to the Care Manager, Staffing Department, or Supervisor Communicate professionally with clients, families, and team members Supervision This position is supervised by a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor who provides ongoing guidance, training, and support. Pay:
$16.50 - $22.00 per hour
