Pay starts at $16 per hour and can range up to $22 per hour based on experience, qualifications, and assignment. Duties Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction. Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation. Prepare meals and provide medication reminders. Perform light housekeeping and laundry. Provide transportation and accompany clients to appointments and errands. Follow individualized care plans and report changes in a client's condition. Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive home environment. Qualifications Caregiving experience preferred but not always required. Compassionate, dependable, patient, and professional. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow care plans and safety procedures. Experience working with older adults, dementia, or individuals with disabilities is a plus. CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
