Job Description

We're opening in Bethesda, and we're hiring the very first team. There is something different about Tribute. Our Caregivers feel it right away. Tribute is a private home care company built around one idea: that remarkable Caregivers deserve a team that truly has their back. When you join Tribute, you will feel it. A warm, close-knit community that celebrates what you do and supports you every step of the way. We are hiring Tribute's first Caregiver team in Montgomery County. You will help set the tone for the team that follows you, and you will have a level of closeness with our local leadership that only the first group ever gets. We are selective about who joins Tribute. Not because we are hard to please, but because we care deeply about the community we are building. The Caregivers you will work alongside are remarkable people, and we think you will feel that right away. What the job looks like These are long visits. Most are a full 12 hours, days or awake overnights. We want to be upfront about that, because it is the part of this job that has to fit your life. Long visits are how our Caregivers build real relationships instead of rushing in and out, and it is why our clients stay with the same caregiver for years. If a 12 hour day works for you, you will do well here. You will work with clients in Bethesda and surrounding areas, primarily in senior living communities and private homes. You will build lasting relationships with a consistent group of clients over time. Who does well here You have a personal reason you do this work. You communicate clearly and professionally with clients, families, and our team. You are dependable, flexible about scheduling, and you show up for every client the way you would want someone to show up for the people you love most. You will be proud of the caregivers you work alongside. What we need from you CNA-I, CNA-II, CMT, or relevant professional caregiving experience. Comfort with 12 hour visits, days or awake overnights. Weekend availability of at least one day per week. Reliable personal transportation. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. What we offer Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. 401(k) with company match. Paid time off. Referral bonuses. Paid orientation and training. Uniforms and PPE at no cost. 24/7 local support so you are never on your own. If you are looking for a team that feels like family, and you want to be one of the people who builds it, we want to meet you. Apply today. We read every application personally. Please answer in your own words. Tribute Home Care is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace. We embrace diversity and do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability. Join us in a merit-based environment where your talents and contributions are truly valued.
