Responsibilities:
The schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 8 hours each day, for a total of 16 hours per week. There is potential for the schedule to increase to include weekday hours in the near future. Provide personal care services to patients in their homes with professionalism and compassion. Assist with activities of daily living. Reminding medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals, following proper protocols. Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and other health indicators. Plan and prepare nutritious meals that meet individual dietary needs and preferences. Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and maintaining a safe home environment. Assist with transportation to medical appointments, therapy sessions, or errands. Maintain accurate, timely, and up-to-date documentation of care and services provided. Uphold HIPAA standards by safeguarding patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Experience & Qualifications:
Previous experience in home care, senior care, or a related healthcare field is preferred. Ability to plan and prepare healthy meals according to dietary restrictions or preferences. Knowledge of medication administration procedures and basic healthcare protocols. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and provide compassionate, patient-centered care. Dependable, punctual, and committed to consistent quality care.

$15.00
