Job Description

If yes, Spurwink is hiring hard-working candidates like you to become Direct Support Recovery Workers at their facility in Lisbon. The Direct Support Recovery Worker position pays $21.50-$22.50 per hour.
DUTIES:
The Direct Support Recovery Worker provides direct services to support a recovery lifestyle for people living in the program. All positions within this classification administer client medications and provide services that support a therapeutic co-occurring milieu. This position attends bi-weekly staff meetings. Work is performed, reviewed, and evaluated under the supervision of the Program Coordinator.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent and valid driver's license required. At least 1 year of mental health/substance use experience and CRMA certification required. MHRT-1 or ability to obtain within one year of employment required. 1-2 years of direct care/mental health or relevant life experience preferred. People in recovery or with lived experience are welcome to apply!
