Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Implement and follow individualized care plans to meet the specific needs of each client. Provide long-term care support while respecting resident rights and promoting independence. Lift and transfer clients safely using proper techniques to prevent injury. Uphold HIPAA regulations by maintaining confidentiality of client information. Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being. Qualifications Certification in CPR and PSS is highly desirable. Strong understanding of resident rights and commitment to providing respectful care. Ability to lift clients safely and assist with mobility as needed. Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as required.
