Job Description
Besser Senior Living Community has an opportunity for full-time and part-time employment in resident care, day, afternoon, and night shifts. We also have a part-time weekends-only position available. Key job duties of a Resident Care Aide include providing assistance to residents including assisting with activities of daily living, ensuring all resident needs are met and documenting resident care. As a Resident Care Aide, you will be an essential part of our team, providing compassionate care and support to residents. Your core skills in caregiving and personal care, combined with premium skills in first aid, assisted living, and experience working with individuals with diverse needs, will enable you to deliver high-quality care tailored to each resident's unique requirements. Join us in making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve. Qualifications - Experience in long term care preferred but not essential.
