Ideal candidates will have:

A positive attitude and strong work ethic A genuine willingness to help others and show compassion Punctuality and reliability A GED or high school diploma (or equivalent) A clean background (no felony convictions) Daily Responsibilities As a Direct Care Staff Member, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and uplifting environment for our residents.

Your duties will include:

Providing daily care and support to residents Preparing and serving nutritious meals Engaging residents in recreational and therapeutic activities Assisting with housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry Encouraging residents to maintain cleanliness and independence Administering medications as scheduled and documenting properly Recording and tracking household expenses and supplies Helping with any other tasks needed to ensure smooth operation of the home
