Caregiver Responsibilities:

Provides friendly companionship and assistance with daily activities including dressing guidance, grooming, meal preparation, medication reminders, running errands, laundry and light housekeeping Personal Care including bathing, dressing, mobility, incontinence care, feeding and other services Provides transportation to doctor's appointments, beauty shops, etc. Maintains open communication with office staff to facilitate optimal quality of care.

Caregiver Requirements:

In-Home Caregiving or CNA experience A passion for the job and genuine commitment to help others who are not able to help themselves A commitment to maintaining professionalism at all times Able to commit to assigned shifts and maintain reliability & good attendance, knowing that clients are counting on us to show up as scheduled every day An understanding of the importance of the therapeutic relationship and willingness to maintain focus on the client's needs Willing & able to care for clients in their homes within Farmington, West Bloomfield, Bloomfield & surrounding areas

DRIVING REQUIREMENTS

■ Reliable vehicle with car insurance in your name, registration ■ Valid Driver's License with clean driving record ■ Willing to transport clients in your vehicle Ability to pass background checks, drug testing, and work-related references At least 18 years of age Comfort Keepers is strongly considering candidates with previous experience as a Caregiver, CNA, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide/Assistant, or similar positions.
