Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team in providing exceptional support to individuals in various care settings. Working in assisted living communities, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for residents and clients. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference by delivering personalized care with energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism. All caregiving roles are paid positions, emphasizing our commitment to valuing your skills and dedication. Responsibilities Assist residents and clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to ensure health stability Support individuals with dementia or cognitive disabilities through specialized memory care techniques and behavior management strategies Administer medications accurately following prescribed instructions and safety protocols Practice safe patient lifting and manual handling techniques to prevent injury for both caregivers and residents Assist with feeding when necessary Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning resident areas and shared spaces Requirements Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home & community care environments is highly preferred Knowledge of Alzheimer's disease, dementia care, and memory care best practices Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or cognitive impairments is advantageous Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and assist with resident transfers safely Commitment to respecting residents' rights and promoting dignity within all caregiving activities Join us as a Caregiver where your energy fuels compassionate support! Pay:
$16.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 37.5 per week
