Overview SYNERGY HomeCare is an independently owned and operated national company renowned for high-quality home care, and we are we're hiring a dedicated caregiver to provide high‑quality, patient‑centered senior care across weekdays and weekends. If you are dependable, caring, and passionate about supporting older adults, we'd love to meet you. This is a part-time to full-time position in the Brighton, South Lyon, Fenton and Milford areas. Duties Assist clients with housekeeping, meal preparation, and verbal medication reminders Aid clients in their personal care needs including showering, dressing, and toileting. Provide transportation to clients to attend doctors appointments, run errands, outings etc. (Mileage is reimbursed). Deliver person-centered dementia care that provides safety, dignity and meaningful engagement. Skills Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to client care. Proficiency in cooking nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and information handling. Previous experience in caregiving is preferred but not required.
