Training pay and official hire will occur only after satisfactory completion of training (40 hours). Burnett AFC is a family-style adult foster care home with 24/7 hours of operation.

Requirements:

Motivation to create a comfortable, clean, safe home environment for our residents, professional and cooperative personal conduct, dependability, kindness, patience, valid Driver License + insurance preferred, clean background - deemed safe to care for vulnerable adults (we pay for background checks), medical clearance-to-work (we pay). Duties include, but are not limited to: accurate medication passing, grooming and bathing (any & all functions of daily living, as needed), meal preparation, accurately completed paperwork, all levels of housework, supervision for safety of residents.

Experience:

Previous caregiving is favorable but not required. In-home training is offered for all Direct Care certification.

Pay:

$17.00 per hour
