Full-Time Direct Care Professional Schedule:
3:00 PM - 11:00
PM Hours:
Full-Time, 5 Days per
Week Requirements:
Every Other Weekend and Holiday Rotation Required Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Care Professional (DCP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide quality care and support to individuals in a residential setting while promoting independence, dignity, and overall well-being. Responsibilities Provide direct support and assistance with activities of daily living. Encourage independence while ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of individuals served. Assist with personal care needs as required. Support participation in community activities, recreational programs, and social events. Monitor and document individual progress, behaviors, and daily activities. Follow individualized care plans and organizational policies. Maintain effective communication with team members, families, and supervisors. Respond appropriately to emergencies and ensure a safe environment. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience in direct care, caregiving, healthcare, or human services is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to pass required background checks.
