Maple Ridge Living Center of Cadillac Position Summary:
Maple Ridge Living Center is seeking a compassionate and reliable Part-Time Night Direct Care Professional to join our team. This role is essential in providing quality care and support to our residents during overnight hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Medication Administration:
Safely and accurately administer prescribed medications according to established protocols.
Personalized Residential Care:
Assist residents with daily living activities, including hygiene, mobility, and comfort needs, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
Housekeeping:
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment by performing light housekeeping duties.
Meal Preparation:
Prepare and serve meals or snacks in accordance with dietary guidelines and resident preferences.
Monitoring & Documentation:
Observe residents' health and behavior, document changes, and report concerns promptly.
Emergency Response:
Respond to resident needs and emergencies in a calm and professional manner.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (CNA certification preferred but not required). Previous experience in direct care, assisted living, or healthcare setting is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must pass background check and meet health requirements.
Schedule:
