Job Description
A Caregiver provides compassionate, non-medical support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. Caregivers play a key role in helping clients maintain independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide companionship and emotional support Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing Provide medication reminders as directed Assist with mobility, transfers, and basic exercises Accompany clients to appointments or errands if required Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition to the office or supervisorQualifications:
Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred but not required Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow care plans and work independently Reliable transportation (preferred)Work Environment:
Client homes within the community Flexible scheduling options (full-time and part-time available)Physical Requirements:
