The ideal candidate will have experience working with people with disabilities and a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those in their care. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in delivering direct support and ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients. Duties Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Administer medication as prescribed and monitor client health conditions. Assist clients with mobility and daily living activities. Implement behavior management strategies as needed to support clients effectively. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to appropriate personnel. Foster a positive and engaging atmosphere for clients through companionship and social interaction. Qualifications Previous experience in caregiving or direct support roles is preferred. Knowledge of medication administration and meal preparation techniques. Familiarity with behavior management practices is a plus. Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities in various settings. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families. Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others. Certification in CPR/First Aid is desirable but not required at the time of hire; training may be provided.
