Overview We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Caregiver to provide dedicated support and nurturing care for a young lady with diverse needs. This vital role involves creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment that promotes growth, development, and well-being. As a Caregiver, you will play an essential part in fostering positive experiences including household chores and interacting .Your enthusiasm and commitment will help build trusting relationships with families while ensuring all care needs are met with professionalism and kindness. Responsibilities Provide attentive care Plan and implement engaging activities that support development,learning, and social skills Supervise during outings,meals, naps, outings, and educational activities to ensure safety at all times Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, behavior, and daily experiences Maintain a safe environment by adhering to childhood development best practices and safety protocols such as first aid and CPR procedures Support behavioral management strategies to promote positive behavior and emotional regulation Assist with daily routines including cooking ,dressing, and hygiene practices Qualifications Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly valued Prior childcare experience in settings such as daycare centers, preschools, babysitting, or nannying roles Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education methods Certification in first aid and CPR is required; ongoing training is encouraged Demonstrated ability to help through activity planning and interactive learning Strong communication skills for effective parent engagement and team collaboration Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child safety and welfare Ability to manage behavior effectively while fostering a nurturing environment Passion for working with children of all ages and a commitment to their well-being Join us in making a meaningful difference in the lives of children by providing exceptional care that nurtures growth, learning, and happiness!
