Duties Provide attentive care for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Plan and implement engaging activities that promote childhood development, learning, and social skills Supervise children during playtime, meals, naps, outings, and educational activities in accordance with best practices in childhood education Administer first aid and CPR when necessary, following mandated reporting laws and safety protocols Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns Support children with disabilities by adapting activities to meet individual needs and fostering an inclusive environment Maintain a clean, organized caregiving space that adheres to health and safety standards Experience Prior experience working with children across various age groups including infants, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children Demonstrated experience in childcare settings such as daycare centers, preschools, babysitting or nannying roles Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Experience planning age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and social interaction Familiarity with behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior in children Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional training in mandated reporting laws is preferred Proven ability to communicate effectively with parents or guardians about child progress and needs Join us if you're passionate about nurturing young minds and creating enriching experiences!
