Job Description
Job Summary Right at Home is looking for compassionate, dependable, and caring individuals to join our team as Caregivers . Our caregivers provide essential in-home support that helps seniors and adults maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. As a caregiver, you will build meaningful relationships with clients while assisting with daily activities, personal care, companionship, and household tasks. We are looking for people who are reliable, patient, respectful, and committed to providing exceptional care. What You'll Do Provide compassionate, one-on-one care to clients in their homes Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting as appropriate Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed Provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan Assist with light housekeeping and laundry Assist with errands and grocery shopping when appropriate Help clients maintain a safe and comfortable home environment Accompany clients to appointments or activities when needed Observe and report changes in a client's condition or needs Communicate professionally with clients, families, and the Right at Home care team Follow each client's individualized care plan and company policies Complete required documentation accurately and timely Protect client privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times What We're Looking For Compassionate and dependable personality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow a care plan and safety procedures Previous caregiving, CNA, HHA, or home care experience is a plus Willingness to complete required training Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required depending on the assignment Why Work With Right at Home?
