We believe that when caregivers feel appreciated and empowered, clients receive the best care possible. Position Summary We are seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers to join our team. Caregivers will assist clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, ensure safety, and help maintain a positive, comfortable home environment. Ideal candidates are patient, trustworthy, and passionate about making a meaningful difference in people's lives. Responsibilities Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting) as needed Assist with mobility and transfers Support activities of daily living (ADLs) Offer companionship and emotional support Prepare meals and assist with feeding if required Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying) Remind clients to take medications (non-medical reminders only) Follow the client's individualized care plan Report changes in the client's condition to the office promptly Maintain accurate daily care notes Ensure a safe environment and respect client dignity at all times Qualifications Experience as a caregiver, PCA, HHA, DSP, or CNA preferred (we can train the right candidates) Ability to pass a background check Valid driver's license or reliable transportation Strong communication skills Compassionate, patient, and reliable Help build a positive team culture What We Offer Competitive pay and opportunities for raises Flexible schedules (full-time, part-time, weekends, overnights) Supportive, family-like team environment Opportunities for career growth as the company expands into multiple territories 24/7 office support—you're never alone in the field Recognition programs, caregiver appreciation events, and performance bonuses Why You'll Love Working With Us As a new and growing company, your voice matters.
