Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide assistance and support to elderly residents. The Caregiver will be responsible for helping residents with daily activities, administering medications, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.

Duties:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, toileting, grooming and dressing
• Assist residents with transfers to include 2 person assists and Hoyer lift
• Help with meal set up and feeding
• Perform light housekeeping tasks
• Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises
• Support individuals with dementia care needs
• Remain calm and professional, providing dignity and support to our residents.
• Work well as a team to provide the best care possible and best work environment for our employees.

Experience:

• Previous experience in caregiving, nursing, assisted living, or childcare is preferred
• Knowledge of patient care practices and procedures
• Ability to operate healthcare systems for documentation purposes
• Experience in handling dementia care situations is a plus
• Willing to try hard working, dependable individuals

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
