CareWatch of Michigan is actively hiring reliable, compassionate, and dependable caregivers to provide in-home support to clients throughout Jackson, MI and surrounding communities . We are looking for caregivers with open and flexible availability who are ready to help meet the needs of our clients and provide dependable care. What You'll Do:

Provide compassionate in-home care and companionship Assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming Support clients with activities of daily living Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping Provide medication reminders as needed Assist with errands or appointments when applicable Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes Communicate professionally with clients and the CareWatch office team

What We're Looking For:

Open and flexible availability is strongly preferred Reliable and dependable work ethic Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Ability to successfully pass a background check Compassionate and professional attitude Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required Ability to adapt to different client schedules and care needs
