Flexible Are you ready to join our caregiver registry? We are looking for an experienced and compassionate CNA/Caregiver to provide private in-home care for a client in the Grand Rapids, MI area . Qualifications 6+ years of professional caregiving experience with seniors CNA certification preferred Ability to work independently and responsibly Compassionate and respectful approach when caring for vulnerable individuals Ability to provide care with dignity, patience, and empathy Must pass a background check Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Clean driving record and ability to transport clients as needed Responsibilities Provide long-term care and personal assistance Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including: Bathing and grooming Dressing Mobility assistance Medication reminders Provide companionship and emotional support Assist individuals with Alzheimer's, developmental disabilities, or other care needs Drive clients to appointments, errands, or outings as needed Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment Use knowledge of first aid and residents' rights to support quality and respectful care Benefits Flexible schedule Meaningful one-on-one caregiving experience Opportunity to provide personalized care in a private home setting If you are an experienced caregiver who is dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing high-quality care, we would love to hear from you!
