Job Overview Overnight shifts vary: 9PM-9AM or 11PM-7AM. Must be able to work every other weekend and every other Holiday. I have part time or full time hours available. Join our team as a Direct Care Worker and become a vital part of providing compassionate, personalized support to individuals with diverse needs. In this energetic and rewarding role, you will assist residents in daily activities, promote independence, and foster a safe, engaging environment. Your enthusiasm and commitment will directly enhance the quality of life for those you serve, making a meaningful difference every day. This paid position offers an opportunity to develop your caregiving skills while working in a supportive and dynamic setting. Duties Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support using equipment such as Hoyer lifts or transfer belts. Provide medication administration following care plans and ensure accurate documentation in electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Support residents with specialized care needs such as Alzheimer's disease and dementia. Monitor vital signs. Prepare nutritious meals aligned with dietary restrictions and assist with feeding when necessary. Maintain a clean and safe environment by assisting with light housekeeping tasks and adhering to infection control protocols. Qualifications Prior experience is helpful but no experience is necessary. Training provided. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Certification in first aid and CPR. Will assist in completing if necessary. Must be able to pass a background check
