Caregiver/Med Tech- All Shifts

Job Summary Are you a compassionate, dependable individual who loves helping others? We are seeking mature, dedicated, team-oriented individuals to join us as Caregivers and/or Medical Technicians. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality resident care, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring the well-being of individuals in an assisted living setting. This position requires a strong commitment to caregiving, attention to detail, and dedication to the well-being of our residents. Duties Provide resident care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADL's), personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, mobility, and other daily living activities. Provide companionship and emotional support. Monitor and report changes in residents' health or behaviors. Administer medications to residents according to physician orders and facility policies. Maintain detailed and accurate medication and care documentation. Provide residents with dementia care and support individuals who may be experiencing changes in mentation and ability. Collaborate effectively with other team members to deliver best-in-class care and service. Adhere to all HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality and sensitive information. Skills Strong caregiving skills with experience in home health or home care settings preferred, but not required. CNA certification a plus but not required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with residents, families, and healthcare providers. Ability to provide compassionate patient care while demonstrating patience and empathy. Ability to pass a background check in alignment with the State of Michigan care provider standards.
