Harborwood Living, formerly K&K Quality Care, in Midland, MI is looking for an assisted living caregiver to join our team. We are located on 351 S Bay Mid County Line Rd Ste A. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.

Harborwood Living is a warm and welcoming 18-bed assisted living facility located in Midland, Michigan. We are committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care in a homelike environment that respects the dignity and independence of every resident. We are currently looking for caring, dependable, and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. If you have a passion for helping others and want to make a real difference in the lives of seniors, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, etc.) Monitor and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with light housekeeping and laundry duties Help with meal preparation and ensure residents receive proper nutrition Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the care team Support a safe, clean, and respectful living environment for residents
Qualifications:
Previous caregiving experience preferred (facility, home care, or family care) Compassionate, patient, and dependable Strong communication and teamwork skills Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening CNA certification a plus, but not required
