Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors and vulnerable adults in their home setting Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping Offer transportation to appointments and errands, as needed Maintain a safe and clean environment, ensuring a high level of comfort and care for clients Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care and communication Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive care plans are in place and implemented effectivelyRequirements:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Companion experience preferred Passion for providing care and compassion to adults in their home setting Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsWhat We Offer:
