Responsibilities Assist residents or clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patient health by observing vital signs, reporting changes, and maintaining accurate care records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Support medication administration and help implement personalized care plans tailored to individual needs Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning to promote health and well-being Maintain a clean, safe environment through regular cleaning duties and proper infection control practices Use specialized equipment such as Hoyer lifts or resident's to ensure safe transfers and mobility assistance Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance residents' quality of life, especially those with dementia or memory care needs Requirements Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, group homes, or home & community care settings is highly preferred Certification in CPR and First Aid is required; additional training in Alzheimer's care, hospice care, or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks as needed Knowledge of patient observation techniques, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy of patient information Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and support residents' needs Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to provide high-quality patient care in a supportive environment Join us today to become an integral part of a caring community that values your dedication!
