Position Overview Chestnut Fields Assisted Living is seeking compassionate and dependable Part-Time Direct Care Workers to join our team. Openings are available on all shifts, with flexible scheduling and consistent hours.

Hours:

every other weekend only

Schedule:

holiday rotation Shifts & Pay 1st

Shift:

7:00 AM•3:00 PM | $17.00/hour 2nd

Shift:

3:00 PM•11:00 PM | $17.00/hour 3rd

Shift:

11:00 PM•7:00 AM | $18.00/hour Key Responsibilities Assist residents with daily personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, mobility) Follow individualized care plans and report any changes Assist with medication administration (training provided) Provide companionship and emotional support Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Ability to pass a criminal background check No certification required•paid training provided Compassionate, patient, and dependable Strong teamwork and communication skills Why Join Us?
