Responsibilities Deliver compassionate personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote client dignity and well-being Support clients with medication reminders and basic health monitoring under supervision or as trained Assist with light housekeeping duties such as laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean living environment Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation Follow care plans meticulously, documenting observations and any changes in the client's condition Communicate effectively with family members, healthcare providers, and team members to ensure seamless care coordination Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control procedures to maintain a safe environment for clients Experience Prior experience in home care or personal caregiving is highly preferred Background working with diverse populations including geriatrics, post-acute care patients, or individuals with chronic conditions such as those requiring Level II trauma center experience or hospital medicine background Familiarity with medical-surgical procedures, outpatient clinics, or sub-acute care environments enhances your effectiveness in this role Experience supporting clients in both inpatient settings like teaching hospitals and outpatient or clinic environments is advantageous Knowledge of emergency medicine protocols and Level I Trauma Center procedures can be beneficial for handling urgent situations confidently Demonstrated ability to provide empathetic care in a variety of settings including Geriatrics and PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit) is valued Certification in caregiving or relevant healthcare training is a plus but not mandatory; ongoing training opportunities are available for growth Join us to provide exceptional in-home care that enriches lives every day!
