Job Description

Job Summary Seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caretaker to provide essential support to an individual in need of assistance with daily living activities. The ideal candidate will be committed to enhancing the quality of life for this individual. This role involves working closely with the individual to ensure their comfort, safety, and well-being in the home setting. Responsibilities Assist individual with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide home community care by engaging individual in social activities and promoting independence. Observe and document individuals' conditions, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals. Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect individuals' confidentiality and privacy. Support long-term care plans by collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive individualized care. Administer medications as prescribed while monitoring for side effects or complications. Uphold individuals' rights by treating him with dignity and respect, advocating for his needs as necessary. Qualifications Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within others Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others live fulfilling lives. Must be reliable, caring, trustworthy and possess the ability to self-manage. In home care experience is a plus but not necessary - will train anyone. Open Shifts Friday 6:00pm to Saturday 10:30am Saturday 6:00pm to Sunday 10:30am Join our team as a Caretaker and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others!
Pay:
$16.00 - $18.40 per hour
