As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. This role requires a patient and empathetic individual who can deliver high-quality, personalized care in a respectful and professional manner. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and support to enhance clients' emotional well-being. Help with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety. Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals or family members. Maintain detailed records of care provided and client progress. Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and safety guidelines set forth by University Home Care Inc. Requirements Previous experience as a Personal Support Worker or in a related caregiving role is preferred. Valid certification or training for Personal Support Work is an asset. Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients, families, and team members. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Must be able to pass background checks.
