Description :
Support Workers are assigned individuals or groups of individuals with developmental disability to provide support services in accordance with individual person-centered plans.
Qualifications:
1. High School diploma or
G.E.D. 2. 3
Years Driving Experience. 3. Valid Chauffeur's license or be able to obtain thereof. 4. Must pass agency physical, urine drug screen, background and driving record check (must have salutary driving record). 5. Must successfully complete the required
CMH/CESCC
training (for those individuals working in Community Employment this includes completion of Job Coach Training). 6. Emotional Maturity. 7. Ability to work and communicate cooperatively with consumers and their families, co-workers and supervisors. 8. Must follow all agency policies and procedures.
